    Pre-Session Rituals  |  (not essential but highly encouraged) 

  •  Have a cold shower and tie long hair in a rishi knot 

  •  Drink some warm water or herbal tea and avoid eating for at least an hour before your session 

    What to bring  |  (*can be provided) 

  •  Comfortable clothing | Ideally natural white fibre 

  •  White head covering (encouraged as an Ideal) 

  •  Water bottle (water refills & cups can be provided) 

  •  * Yoga mat | Ideally natural material 

  •  * Blanket/sarong | Ideally natural fibre 

  •  * Cushion/bolster 

 

    It is in the Kundalini yoga tradition that these Ideals are     s  

    provided to allow for the most enriching experience

Feeling the call to create a regular home practice? Wanting to deepen your understanding of Kundalini Yoga, or just feeling drawn to connect with yourself in a more profound way? Then perhaps its time to learn about Sadhana. The Yogic term refers to "a daily spiritual practice" and how we go about connecting our sense of self to a greater union of life, every day. How do you build a true caliber of character, unshakeable confidence and divine clarity within your life?

Sadhana is the answer.

 

To create a daily ritual and commitment to a practice that is steady, yet ever evolving with your life, constant, yet always growing within you as a blossoming devotion. A regular, dedicated time to both serve and awaken to your deepest self and your most true nature. Through these one on one guidance sessions, I will share with you the foundations of creating your own sadhana practice within the teachings of kundalini yoga. I will aid you in both understanding and applying the perfected techniques of mantras, mudras, yantras, bandhas, and asanas. We will find a single kriya to become the core of your Sadhana and commit to a regular practice for 40 days.

Private Session Options | 1-4hrs

  • 1hr | I will select a basic Kriya to be your commitment and guide you through it in a concise flow with the core explanations of Sadhana guidelines and principles.

  • 2hrs | We will explore a few options of Kriyas and I will guide you through your chosen commitment in a steady flow with more in-depth explanations of Sadhana guidelines and principles.

  • 3hrs | We will explore and practice a variety of Kriyas catered to your particular needs and aims for growth. I will guide a steady flow of your chosen commitment with in-depth explanations of Sadhana guidelines and principles. We will also go into detail about the 5 perfected techniques to add further depth to your chosen Kriya and overall sadhana practice.

  • 4hrs | We will explore and practice a full range of Kriyas catered to your particular needs and aims for growth. I will guide a steady flow of your chosen commitment with in-depth explanations of Sadhana guidelines and principles. we will also go into great detail about the 5 perfected techniques, fine tuning and selecting ideals to add real depth to your chosen Kriya and overall sadhana practice.

*All sessions include a printed copy of your chosen sadhana practice and a complimentary Japa beaded bracelet symbolising your commitment to the 40 day Sadhana.
